Leader Creek Cares: Employee Survey

During my first three years as a processor, I was too shy to talk to my co-workers let alone my supervisors. I was always surprised when the staff knew my name. At my old job I was simply referred to as the “temp worker”. 

From the interview process to departure dates, Leader Creek makes an effort to get to know their employees. Every member of the Leader Creek Management has started off as a processor working in the plant.  They understand what the work is like, but a lot of changes occur every year. That is why every year during and after the season Leader Creek welcomes the viewpoints, comments, and concerns of employees.
